This is a very simple recipe but one that we get asked about on at least a weekly basis here at Dinner Well Done… our Go To Vinagrette!
The beauty of this recipe is that it is dead simple to make but is delicious with a wide variety of salads… from a simple boston lettuce and avocado salad through to a more robust salad with bitter greens, tomatoes, cucumber, radicchio, etc…
This recipe makes enough for 6-8 servings.
1 Tbsp White wine vinegar
1 Tbsp Seasoned rice wine vinegar
6 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 Tsp Soy sauce
1 Tsp Dijon mustard
To taste Salt and pepper
Combine the vinegars, soy sauce and mustard in a bowl. While whisking, slowly add the olive oil.
Use a clean piece of lettuce to dip and taste test the dressing, adjust the seasoning as needed.
That’s it! Super easy but really delicious… you’ll never buy a bottle of salad dressing again!
